Journey Management
Driver Working Hours
King group of logistics monitors drivers working hours and driving hours on daily basis to ensure that violations are not happening from the set guidelines of drivers working hours. In case of any possible violations the operations manager takes appropriate and immediate action to prevent any future violations on drivers working hours.
On Board Computers (GPS Monitoring)
King’s has installed On Board Computers (OBC) to monitor and ensure that drivers are not violating set guidelines for safe driving, which includes drivers working hours, adhering to the speed limits, harsh braking, etc. OBC reports are reviewed on regular basis and appropriate action shall be taken on defaulters like counseling and other disciplinary actions.
Operations Department
We have dedicated managers to look into the daily operations of the tankers. These managers are trained to keep the vehicles running on time, making sure the driver gets his salary and expenses on time and coordinate with the respective companies they handle.
Maintenance Department
We have 8 in house trained maintenance staff members who regularly check the vehicles and carry out maintenance works by them as and when required. They are also trained to be environment friendly and to make sure that cleanliness is maintained in the facility.
